Falkland Estate is a beautiful, wooded estate located on the outskirks of Falkland, Fife. It is popular visitor and acitivity location, with a café, shop and gallery.

Falkland Estate are involved in the Thousand Huts Campaign, which aims to promote the culture of recreational hut use, "hutting", in Scotland as a means of bringing people closer to nature. Falkland Estate has it's own off-grid hutting site within the woodland - the Cash Wood huts are low-impact, sustainably built and off-grid.
